some of my customers went thru a great deal of trouble to get my cupcakes. for that, i really thank you from the bottom of my heart. sometimes takut jugak tak dpt nak memenuhi expectations semua org.. but when i come to my senses, i remind myself i cannot satisty all, i'm just a human.. i am not the busiest person in the universe, but i surely have many limitations and responsibilities which make me unable to fulfil all the requests.. i'm so sorry if i have to turn down some of yours, not that i want to, but i am uncapable..
