My next cupcake class will be on 28th April 2012
Location: My home, Bandar Saujana Putra
Fee: rm180 per person, rm150 per person if u bring another friend (your friend pays rm150 too)
What u'll learn: Make and bake cupcakes, icing and decorations using buttercream (all recipes i use for my orders)
Time: 9am ~ about 2pm
Lunch provided.
** You'll bring home 16pcs cupcks u made and deco.

Hye all,
Just to let u know my cupcake class on 10th Dec is full.. if u're interested to join, i'll have another class on 16th December but it's on Friday.. meaning if u're working u have to take yr leave.. so as me!

Fee is still rm150 per person. 2012--it's rm180 ya :)

Cupcake Class 10th Dec 2011

Next class will be on 10th Dec, Saturday.. Venue: My home Bandar Saujana Putra (accessable thru Elite Highway (from Shah Alam) and SKVE (if u're from Kajang/Bangi)

Details:

Recipes given (the ones i used for all my orders) -vanilla and choc moist cupcakes, buttercream, ganache. 

Bake cupcakes, make buttercream icing and learn buttercream deco using many types of nozzles

*hands-on

Price rm150 per person (non-refundable booking fee of rm100 is required for confirmation).
*Next year I'll increase the price to rm180 per person.

All will be provided, including lunch. Just bring yr pen for taking notes.
Bring home 16pcs of cupcakes decorated by YOU!

The week has been crazy with orders. Alhamdulillah, thanks for all your support. I hate to say 'no' to requests but of it's last minutes, I have to coz I just can't. I hate to dissappoint you but I have to be rationale to myself and my family too, right? 

We had a great time during our cupcake class last Saturday, together with an Ustaz from Seremban who came all the way.. I had great respects for him who are willing to travel far, to get the knowledge of his lifetime! Just imagine an ustaz swirling roses and rossettes! It was indeed a rich experience for me, and the girls too! We giggled and laughed out hearts out with his jokes and 'celoteh'.. yesterday he texted me saying he has bought all the necessary tools to start off his cupcake adventure! :))

To Aida, Nurul, Teha, Dik Da, Kak Fazilah and Ustaz Haris, THANK YOU for coming. Hope u had a great time and most importantly gained something new during the class :)

hi all adorable cupcakes out there!!

my 1st cupcake class for year 2010 will be conducted on 18th Feb (thursday - yes, u have to take your annual leave if u want to join). email me if u're interested to join. dont worry if u've never touched a cupcake before.. i will show u everything from baking and decorating.. u also get to make them by yourself.. with me pinching your arm if u lick the buttercream! :D
